Payment:

Thank you for selecting one (or more) of my pieces! We accept PayPal, which allows you to use most major credit cards. Sales taxes will be charged on all NC orders.

Orders with e-checks via PayPal will not ship until payment of e-check has cleared and we’ve received notification. If payment does not clear within 2 weeks, we will cancel the order and notify you, no problem.

Due to the personalization of ‘customized’ items I sell, once you have placed the order and production has been started, I will not issue cancellations and refunds. Cancellations or changes are ONLY available if production has not started on your item…I always try to accommodate.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped in a timely manner (asap) according to the processing time in the listing. We use FedEx and UPS to ship packages.

Please feel free to reach out with Shipping questions… processing time starts from the time we have all information needed.

Shipping times are listed for each item. If you need an item to be rushed, please contact me first to ensure I can meet the deadline and there will be a charge for Express Service shipping requirements. Most items ship within 4-7 business days.

We will use the shipping address you include at checkout. Once you have checked out, we cannot guarantee a change of address. We will do our best to honor these requests, but we are not responsible if the items ships to the original address you included at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible to reship the item if you do not have the correct shipping address entered.

Whether your order is shipped through the FedEx or UPS, we are not responsible in any way for any shipping delays or lost items once it leaves the studio.  We will recommend using Express services as they are guaranteed. There is an additional charge for Express. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have a deadline or need to rush an item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work or have received a piece you did not order, please return piece just as received so that we may take it back into inventory and send you another selection, if desired. Please make a note that all work is hand crafted here in the US by the artist, so patience is very much appreciated. We want happy customers and collectors of Michelle’s work. 

For custom commissions, once you have placed the order and production has been started, we will not issue cancellations and refunds. Cancellations or changes are ONLY available if production has not started on your item.

If you are not pleased with your item once it has arrived, please contact me and we can work together on a solution that works for both of us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt and photo of the damaged item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Our return policy lasts 3 days from receipt of your item. If 3 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Remember that computer monitors vary, so keep that in mind when choosing colors. Reach out if we need to chat about colors specifically – I want you to be happy!

Please verify all personalization information before purchasing. I will use the information provided to do the personalization. There are instructions in each listing that tell you how to enter the personalization information. We are not responsible if you make an error when entering personalization information. Exchanges can be made on a case to case basis and the buyer pays all shipping fees.
